For locations where Network Energy Services collects invoice payments, the following payment options are available to most of our customers.
Direct debit
Direct debit is available for our customers. If you want your invoice to be direct debited on the due date, please contact us or complete the direct debit request form enclosed with your first bill and return it via:

BPAY
You can pay your bill using the BPAY facility provided by your bank or financial institution.
Our BPAY details (biller code and reference number) can be found on the back page of your bill.

You can pay your bills online through your bank website, or you can make payments with your Visa or Mastercard at www.bpoint.com.au/payments/networkenergy.

Pay by phone
You can pay your bills with your Visa or Mastercard via phone by calling 1300 276 468.
Please ensure you have your reference number which can be found on your bill available.
Alternatively, you can call our customer service team on 1300 644 521 (from landline only) or on 03 9807 5286 to make credit card payment during business hours (9:00 am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday).
